It depends on what your store needs, so we don't publish packages. After a free teardown we send a written scope listing the work, the order we'd do it in and the dates. Nothing starts until you approve it, and nothing in it changes without your written agreement.

Yes. Ongoing work can be stopped with 30 days' notice, for any reason and without a penalty. We'll ask why, but you don't have to tell us. Project work is paid half up front and half on completion, so you're never far ahead of what you've received.
